Facilitation Skills

Facilitation is regarded as a vitally important set of skills for business leaders and team members alike. Referred to as the process skills we use to direct and guide strategic parts of our business work organisation, facilitation can be applied to many groups of people such as in meetings, planning sessions and learning & development sessions.

This workshop will give participants an understanding of what facilitation is all about, as well as some tools that they can use to facilitate small meetings.
